Elaine Bellezza, Artisanal Value-Chain Specialist, Team Leader
Ms. Bellezza has worked in Africa for over25 years In the artisanal sector. Her expertise includes program design, strategic planning, value chain analysis, market linkages, training and product design. She has led teams teams for USAID, MCC, and World Bank projects, and now for this EU commission project.

Souheir Nadde-Phlix, Legal Expert

Ms. Nadde-Phlix is an Intellectual Property and International Trade Law Consultant. She has served as legal advisor to leading international organizations, governments and private clients. She was also a research fellow with the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition with a focus on EU partnership agreements.

 

Robert ,.B Wamala, Communication and IT Expert
Robert is an Information and Communication Technology experienced consultant. He serves as a consultant in both local and International organizations such as software companies, telecom companies, Internet Service Providers , government agencies, and United Nations missions, to mention a few. Robert is a Member of Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET-UK) and a BSc.Computer Science, MSc. Information Systems, MSc,Computer and Information Security (University of Liverpool) graduate. Robert is also a PRINCE2 Certified Project Manager, a monger others.

Silvia Schiavon, Project Manager

Silvia Schiavon holds Master's Degrees in International Cooperation and Development and in European Affairs. She has a background in governance and migration conducting several research projects with a focus on the EU policies and legislations on external cooperation.  Her work includes lobbying and advocacy for agricultural sectors. Currently she manages projects funded by the EU  and the Framework Contracts Unit for PBLH.
